You are either an avocat or a company lawyer and you have ideally relevant experience in an international context. You are fluent in French and English. Any other language is a plus.

A Legal Counsel with at least 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law. You are fluent in English. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.

Midlevel Corporate Lawyer with a strong background in Corporate law, preferably with an international law firm.

Junior Corporate Lawyer with a background in Corporate law, preferably with an international law firm.

Senior Corporate Lawyer with a strong background in Corporate law, preferably with an international law firm.

Vialegis (www.vialegis.lu) is looking to recruit a country manager responsible for (I) managing Vialegis’ Luxembourg office and (II) selecting and recruiting lawyers, compliance experts and/or tax advisors for temporary or permanent assignments on the Luxembourg market. Strong business development and management skills. Bilingual French/English with a proven record as a legal professional. Knowledge of Lëtzebuergesch, Dutch and/or German is a plus.

Pour renforcer son Département Juridique au sein de la Business Line Secrétariat Général, notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) Chargé(e) d’Etudes Juridiques disposant d’une expérience d’au moins trois ans, idéalement en Banque. La connaissance de l’allemand et/ou du néerlandais représente un avantage.

Rapportant directement au Head of Legal, vous prenez en charge le suivi juridique et fiscal des marchés allemand et italien, et participez activement au suivi juridique des activités de la Société.

Senior tax counsel (non VAT) with a law, economics or finance academic background. Perfect command of English and French. Knowledge of German is a plus.
