About Vialegis
Since its creation in Belgium in 2003, Vialegis has been the reference, pioneer and market leader in Legal Interim Management and in the recruitment and selection of legal and tax professionals. Thanks to our unique approach, based on the principle of “for and by lawyers,” and a growing demand for lawyers in an economic context that is becoming increasingly more legally oriented, we have been continuously growing year after year.
In 2017 we became part of The House of HR, an international group of specialized HR companies. This has led to enhanced specialization, enabling us to provide an even better service to our candidates and customers, whilst accelerating our European expansion.

Alexis graduated from IESEG Business School, in Lille, in 2011, with a Master of Science in Management and a major in human resources. Moreover, he had the opportunity to study 6 months in Mexico City. From the very beginning of his career, Alexis decided to work as an external recruiter and worked for more than 7 years at two large staffing groups, in Luxembourg. There, he built expertise in searching and placing legal, tax and compliance professionals for all types of businesses. This allows him to count on a deep knowledge of the market and an extensive network. He joined Vialegis early 2018 as Luxembourg Country Manager.
Morgane Vaillant

Morgane graduated in law with a Master in processual law and social law with a focus on Human Resources, from University of Burgundy and University of Toulon in France.
Today, she has a dual background since she worked as human resources officer and legal advisor in the financial sector in Luxembourg.
In line with this, she joined Vialegis team in Luxembourg in January 2020.

Abdoullah Archich

Abdoullah holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from « Université Libre de Bruxelles ». After a first international experience in Canada, in the financial field, he moved to Luxembourg and decided to specialize in the recruitment of legal professionals. He had the opportunity to collaborate with lawyers and in-house counsels, while developing strong and successful relationships with all stakeholders . He joined the Vialegis team in 2021 in order to contribute to its growth and to enhance his personal and professional development.
Pauline Jacquemin

Pauline graduated with a master's degree in law from the "Université Libre de Bruxelles". After completing her studies, she embarked on an exciting journey, gaining experience, and acquiring expertise in Legal Recruitment. Throughout her endeavors, she had the pleasure of fostering strong connections and developing an understanding of the dynamic legal market in Luxembourg. In 2023, she joined Vialegis, driven by her desire to make a meaningful impact and broaden her horizons in the field.
Vialegis is also present in Belgium, Spain (Madrid and Barcelona) and Germany (Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich and Düsseldorf).
There is close cross-border collaboration and we are moving full speed ahead on our European expansion by establishing local offices and/or by working together with reliable partners. We also handle search requests in other countries where we do not (yet) have our own office.
