Our client is a single-Family Office operating in France and in Luxembourg. The company is composed of 40 employees in total
Description of the vacancy
As a Legal Counsel - Family Office, your main responsibilities will include:
- Plan and put all legal documentation in place regarding corporate transactions;
- Provide active support to the compliance team and be responsible for KYC controls in relation to transactions and companies in your scope;
- Assist board and shareholders meetings, draft and review related minutes, agreements and documentation;
- Performs legal analyses of contracts and other legal documents;
- Draft internal memos where appropriate;
- Oversee the corporate records, ensuring they are accurate, protected, indexed, and kept up to date, all in accordance with law and compliance requirements;
- Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders (Lawyers, Tax Advisors, etc...).
Profile
- Master degree in Law; Luxembourg qualified Lawyer preferred
- Professional experience of at least 3 years in Corporate Law, in Luxembourg
- Fluent in French and English
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
