On behalf of a Consulting Firm focusing on intellectual and industrial properties composed of nearly 50 professionals, we are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to focus on trademarks advisory.
Description of the vacancy
- Provide active support to clients in developing efficient strategies to consolidate and/or to improve their market positions
- Be responsible for filing and registering trademarks and designs on behalf of clients.
- Make sure the clients’ intellectual property is protected at all times in relevant jurisdictions
- Manage pre-litigation files where appropriate
Profile
- Master in Law with a major Intellectual Property
- Professional experience of at least 4 years in a Law Firm or similar position
- Fluent in French with a very good command of English – German advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Pro active and team player
