We are looking for a Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer on behalf of an international law firm
Our client
Our client is an international firm which recently set-up its office in Luxembourg, currently composed of approximately 20 lawyers and still growing
Description of the vacancy
- Advising clients on all matters relating to banking and finance, equity and debt capital markets and securitisation, as well as regulatory issues;
- Being involved in a wide variety of finance operations such as secured lending, acquisition and real estate finance, restructuring, financing of debt portfolio acquisitions, securitisation etc...
- Coach and supervise junior team members
Profile
- Admitted to the bar in Luxembourg or in another EU member-state;
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in the Banking & Finance practice of a Luxembourg-based firm;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Client-orientated and team player
