For an international service provider in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Senior Fund Legal or Junior Manager to join the funds team.

Our client is an International Financial Service Provider expanding rapidly since the last decades in Luxembourg.
Description de la fonction
- Ensure the maintenance and good flow of information regarding the different entities
- Perform the KYC/AML of the ongoing compliance processes with your team
- Review and comment on the ongoing transactions with the clients (good coordination with the team will be key)
- Participate to the day-to-day management of the entities regarding the life cycle of entities
- Take part in the development and coaching of juniors of the team
- Attend to Board and Shareholders resolution meetings
Profil
- You have at least 5 years of experience within a Financial Service Provider, a Law firm or an international Bank
- You finished your Bachelor and ideally master’s in law, Finance, Business Administration
- You have an eye for details, and you are well organized
- You have good communication skills and want to keep a good team spirit
