For an international Asset Management Group, we are looking for a corporate officer with experience in AIFM to join the team. Located at the city center, the offices are easily accessible.
Notre client
Our client is an alternative Asset Management Company having one of its offices in Luxembourg.
As part of the team, you will be handling all the operation of the life cycle of an entity.
Description de la fonction
- Interact with the legal and compliance teams
- Manage incorporation, merger, restructuration, and dissolution of entities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate entities on behalf of international clients
- Assist in the review of compliance requirements along with the team
- Coordinate corporate administrative tasks
Profil
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role (Financial Service Provider, Law firms, Management Company)
- Hold a bachelor’s in law
- Team player and ability to be autonomous
- Fluency in English and French. Other languages are considered as being Assets
- Ability to speak and communicate in different languages
