Notre client

Our client is a leading non-life insurance company which belongs to a large European banking group. Its Luxembourg office is composed 20 employees.

We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team. In this role, you will support the Managing Director with your legal expertise.

• Responsible for giving advice and recommendations regarding corporate law matters
• Provide legal expertise to all internal stakeholders
• Analyse legal documentation, ensuring it complies with the legislation and protects the company’s interests
• Be in charge of litigation matters when they arise
• Be responsible for ensure a constant legal watch

Profil

• Master degree in Law ideally in master Insurance Law
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, in a non-life insurance company
• Fluent in French with a very good command of English
• Dynamic, proactive with the ability to work independently
