Our client is the Asset Services entity of a European private banking group. The legal department is composed of 4 people.
Description of the vacancy
Managing the Luxembourgish legal team
Coordination of all legal documentation under your scope (depositary, 3rd party ManCo, trading services…)
Supporting the front office with legal advice where requested
Maintaining close contact with internal clients to act as a true business partner
Serving as the reference, support person for the team members
Carrying on legal and regulatory facets for depositary bank
Updating the company policies with regulatory changes impacting the Group
Participate in all types of projects (local and cross-departmental) in the company
Profile
Master in Business Law with a specialization in Business/corporate law,
Admission to the bar would be a major asset
At least 7 years’ experience in a similar function in a banking Group
Fluent in English and French; German would be considered as an asset
Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills (positive attitude, team-player,
Excellent communication skills
Client orientated, autonomous and effective critical mindset
